United Arab Shipping Co is joining forces with Mediterranean Shipping Co and CMA CGM to deliver an enhanced service between northern Europe and the Indian subcontinent.
According to MANA,MSC’s IPAK service is being upgraded to cover 15 ports using eight 8,100 teu capacity vessels. Four will be operated by MSC, three by CMA CGM and one by UASC.
New ports being introduced in the new rotation include Southampton, Dunkirk, Le Havre, Djibouti and Tangier.
The full rotation is: Southampton, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Felixstowe, Dunkirk, Le Havre, King Abdullah, Djibouti, Port Qasim, Nhava Sheva, Hazira, Mundra, King Abdullah, Gioia Tauro, Tangier, Southampton.
The service will launch on July 26 from Port Qasim with CMA CGM La Traviata.
