Signing an Agreement Between Ports and Maritime Organization and CSS According to MANA correspondent, an agreement “granting license for conducting Legal, Security and Technical Joint Inspections of China Classification Society with the cooperation of Iranian Classification Society( ICS)” was signed between Iranian Ports and Maritimes Organization and China Classification Society(CCS).
Referring to the mutual collaboration between Iranian and Chinese Classification Societies for developing this industry in Iran, the director of Ports and Maritime Organization stated: these collaboration should not only be enhanced in all fields but also should pave the way for developing Iran-China maritime industries collaboration.
Pointing out to the Iran-China ties and relationships , Pang Sen, China's ambassador to Iran remarked: Chinese corporations have expressed their interest in having collaboration with Iran in all fields and also developing Chabahar Port.
Delving into the details of negotiations process, the deputy of Ports and Maritime Organization remarked: it is hoped that this agreement would result in expanding Classification Society in Iran and pave the ground for Training and Sharing Technology.
Mohammed Rasta continued: it is speculated that signing this agreement would  lead to the membership of Iranian Classification Society( ICS) in International Association of Classification Societies (IACS).
Making a reference to the signing agreement with Iranian Classification Society( ICS),The director of China Classification Society(CCS) stated: this classification society is fully prepared to provide Iranian industrial and maritime society with the best services.
The director of Iranian Classification Society( ICS) remarked: it is hoped that this agreement would result in establishing a strong bridge for a comprehensive link among all maritime organizations throughout the world and constructive collaboration for developing Classification Society Industry in Iran.
