339 Audit of Vessels in Chabahar Port
The general director of Maritime and Ports organization in Sistan-Baluchestan Province stated: Chabahar Port witnessed the audit of 339 convention and non-convention vessels in 2015. Of all the audited vessels,57 cases were carried out on convention Iranian and foreign . vessels and 282 were performed on non-convention Iranian and foreign vessels.
According to MANA,Siavash Rezvani elaborated on the measures which have been taken in maritime sector and added: Chabahar Maritime and Ports organization in Maritime sector has adopted an approach based on the Preservation of Maritime Environment as well as the observance of the international standards.Referring to the docking ship's performance, Rezvani asserted: Chabahar Port experienced a rise in the ship congestion ,in spite of imposed sanctions.
.This official figure clarified: Chabahar Port possesses 3884 vessel, which 423 vessels and 3461 vessels are freight and fishing vessels,respectively.
