Seven Coastal Villages to Be Constructed in Khuzestan Province

A triangular MOU was signed among Khuzestan Province’s director of Cultural Organization, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization, director of Deeds and Properties Registration Organization, and the governor general office regarding the construction of 7 coastal villages in this province.

Dr. Khosroneshan asserted that the potentials of maritime tourism in Khuzestan Province has become strikingly remarkable in the light of significant economic ports of Abadan, Khoramshahr, Imam Khomeini, Mahshahr, and Hendijan with international capacities as well as the coastline of 831 kilometers.
He added that islands suchas Ghabr-E-Nakhoda, Mahnaz, and Ghamar with coastline of 100 kilometers, and Arvandrood and Bahmanshir rivers with coastlines of 257 kilometers are among the other maritime tourism capacities of this province.
