According to MANA, The two companies will start the Asia-Australia Express in May next year.
It will connect Northeast Asia to Australia and Southeast Asia to Australia, using three MOL vessels and nine Maersk units.
The loop is replacing existing AU2 and AAB/AAT services.
MOL is also starting a China-Taiwan-Australia Express (CAE) string, connecting China, Taiwan and Australia.
This will be run in tandem with Maersk, MSC and Hamburg Sud, replacing the existing AU1 service.
"With the launch of new services, MOL will continue to provide customers with an enhanced product, including faster transit time and wider connectivity with MOL's existing network over the key transhipment ports and more direct port coverage in Asia and Australia."
