Iranian Ports Are Open to the World
The director of Ports and Maritime Organization announced: currently, large vessels and world’s most reliable shipping lines could call at Iranian ports without any limitation.
Stating that Iran’s commercial ports and trade sector have undergone massive changes thanks to the implementation of Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action (JCPOA), Mohammad Saeed-Nejad remarked: in the new post –sanctions era, we need to make precise plans to utilize the new opportunities.
Pointing out to the lifting unjust sanctions against Iran and in order to adjust with new changes as well as make the best out of the existing opportunities, he asserted: speed of action, intelligent and enough effort are among the necessary factors in port and maritime activities.
In other part of his speech, Saeed-Nejad referred to the establishment of a new atmosphere in Iran and its commercial ports thanks to the removal of the sanctions and added: there is no sanctions against Iran’s ports, the large vessels and world’s most reliable shipping lines are able to commute in Iranian ports freely and easily,he continued.
