Edani Announced:
Remarkable Progress in Shahid Rajaee Port
The director of Special Economic Zone in Shahid Rajaee Port stated: this port has witnessed a 27 percent rise in embarkation and disembarkation of container shipments, since the beginning of 2016.
In an interview with MANA reporter, Ebrahim Edani remarked: in the first four months of the current year,1376 vessels with various tonnages have been docked at the biggest Iran commercial port, he continued, this figure highlights an 8-percent increase in comparison with the same period in the last year.
Referring to the performance of Special Economic Zone in Shahid Rajaee Port from April- July 2016, Edani added:totally,26.621.815 tons of petroleum and non-petroleum goods have been embarked and disembarked in biggest Iran commercial port, which indicates a 32 percent growth.
