Shahid Kalantari Port’s Container Terminal Starts Operating
Shahid Kalantari Port's Container Terminal project in Chabahar Port was inaugurated at the presence of Port affairs and Special Zones Deputy of Ports and Shipping Organization.
MANA reported that the director of Sistan-Baluchestan’s Ports and Shipping Organization attended the inauguration of construction project, He stated that this project includes Shahid Kalantari Port’s container terminal in an area of 4 hectares with the capacity of 150,000 TEU containers. This container port was constructed in a period of 8 months with the budget of 7 billion Rials.Sayavoosh Razvani remarked: Sahid Calantari Terminal will be utilized for the purpose of transferring regular import and export containers as well as refrigerated containers.
