According to the Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC), the operator of the project for development of phase 13, Payam Motamed, said the accessories of the SPB13 platform's flare are about 523 tons in weight and their construction began in Iran Marine Industrial Company (SADRA)'s yard late June and was completed in four months.
