Foreign Investors’ Entering Chabahar Zone
The director and the chairman of the board at Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial zone stated: two foreign investment delegations from China and Afghanistan have entered Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial zone with the aim of investment in various industrial and trade sectors.
According to MANA, Hamid Ali Mobaraki further remarked: Chinese Trade -Investment Delegation has in mind to establishment of Chinese industrial town as well as construction of shipping company in Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial zone.
In addition to visiting Shahid Beheshti and Shahid Kalantari docks, Trade -Investors Delegation will also pay a visit to locations intended for investment in industrial sector. As well, holding common meetings between Sistan-Baluchestan General Governor and the managers of Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial zone with Trade and Investors Delegations would be another important plan of this trip.
Launching goods transit line from Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial Zone to Afghanistan is the main purpose of travelling Afghanistanian Trade- Investors Delegation to this region, Mobaraki remarked.moreover, visiting petrochemical site, industrial complex and workshop is another important agenda.
The director of the Chabahar Free Trade Zone Organization asserted that his organization plans to initially investigate and hence detect the problems ahead of the local investors and tackle them to be able to absorb these investors. Then, it would attempt paving the ground for the attraction of other domestic and foreign investors. By offering special loans and credits that free zones’ exclusive regulations authorize, banks are the key players in the development of the region.
